Cremation is entrusted to Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors and he will be interred at Westlawn Memorial Park.
Luke was born on February 8th, 1984 in Amarillo, Texas to Robert Glen Archer and Marilyn Kay Archer. He had a gift as an artist, taking private lessons in grade school, art classes in middle and high school, often winning blue ribbons in art shows for his compositions. He graduated from Borger High School in 2002 and briefly pursued a degree in computer graphic design. Luke returned to Borger and spent the remainder of his life here, studying the vastness of the hardware and building materials industry. He used his knowledge and skills to improve the lives of everyone around him, putting their needs before his own.
Luke earned his role as a foundational keystone to Morton Lumber Company and the employees there. Away from work he enjoyed spending time with friends, often developing deep personal bonds with those frequently around him. From the earliest possible age Luke owned every gaming console and the latest games to go with them, as well as mastering most of them on a level unrivaled. He enjoyed music and attending concerts.
Ever the gentle soul, Luke found all animals beloved, caring for innumerable cats over his lifetime. Recently, he gave of himself most to his niece and nephew, Katelyn and Charles, always halting his current efforts to patiently indulge their insatiable childish desires.
Luke was preceded in death by his grandparents Richard Archer, Sr., Charles and Sally Jane Wilkinson, and Charles and Mary Cooke.
