Marcia Howard

Marcia Drue Howard, 87, passed from this life Thursday, October 13, 2022, at her home.

A Celebration of her Life will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 29, 2022, at the First United Methodist Church in Fritch. Cremation was under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Marcia was born August 28, 1935, in McCook, Nebraska to Allan Court Winters and Vera Agnes Gregory Winters. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Fritch. She loved to go to the mountains for vacations with her family and loved her church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dale; and daughter, Kathryn Adair.

Marcia is survived by her son, Rodney Howard and his wife Judy of Argyle, Texas; her grandchildren, Ashley Boyd (Ricky), Kendall Hendricks, Grayson Adair, Paul Day and Jordan Day (Sophia); her great-grandchildren, Kinsley, Cailey, Landry Hendricks, Esmee Boyd and Connor, Jocelyn and Ender Day; her two sisters, Mavis Whitten of Lubbock and Karen McDaniel (Dean) of Amarillo; her nephews, grand nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
