Martha Allison, 83, died Sunday, April 29, 2007 in Amarillo, Texas.BRBRServices will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 5th, at the First Baptist Church with Dickie Haney of Amarillo officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Llano Cemetery in Amarillo under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRHoney, as she was affectionately called was born on November 11, 1923 in Adamson, Oklahoma to Mat and Kate Klucevsek. She was the owner and ran the CPL Trailway Bus Line in Borger for 56 years. She had been a Borger resident for 65 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She said the nicest people are from Borger and that she had never met a stranger.
The family would like to thank all of those whol helped with her care at the Golden Plains Community Hospital, Northwest Texas Heart Hospital, Triumph Rehab and BSA Hospice. Also appreciated were the visits, calls, cards, prayers, and especially the love shown for our Honey.BRBRShe was preceded in death by her parents, Mat Kate Klucevsek, her uncle, A. F. Dutch Heket, brother - John Heket, two sisters - Christine Marshall and Kathrine Morris and her beloved son, Richard Allison.BRBRSurvivors include her daughter - Julie Allison of Amarillo, grandaughter - Ashley Dawson of Borger, grandson - Kane Dawson of Borger, great-granddaughter -Ashley Kate Dawson of Borger, brother - Fred Heket of Amarillo, three nieces, Brenda Brinkmeyer of Tulsa, OK, Barbara Hawryluk of Houston, Vickie Heket of Amarillo, nephew - Monte Marshall of St. Charles, MO, and her furry companions - Sherie DeeDee.
There will be a family visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the Funeral Home.BRBRMemorials may be made to the Friends of the Hutchinson County Library, 625 N. Weatherly, Borger 79007.
