Mary Margaret Cole, 80, died Thursday, April 12th, in Big Spring, Texas.BRBRServices will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church in Panhandle, Texas with Rev. Jeff Matsler, Pastor officiating. Interment will be in Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.BRBRMrs. Cole was born on December 3, 1926 in Farwell, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Panhandle and had lived in Big Spring for the past three years. She was secretary for the Panhandle Elementary School and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She married Earl Cole on June 26, 1944 in Courtside, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Dean Cole.

Mary was an avid painter, and enjoyed crafts and sewing. Her hobby was her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.

Her survivors include her husband, Earl Cole of the home, four sons - Larry Cole and his wife Jeanne of Big Spring, TX., Glen Cole and Randy Cole and his wife, Jeanne all of Horseshoe Bay, Tx., Kevin Cole and his wife, Debbie of Fritch.BReight grandchildren - Charlotte Huff, Steven Cole, Jamie Brunner, Amanda Carpenter, Christopher Cole, Zane Cole, Crystal Stapleton, and Candice Greene; two step grandchildren - Pam Qualls and Joy Evans, six great-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.BRBRMemorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 6605 W.
