Mary Morrison

Mary Loretta Morrison, 97, died March 10, 2018 in Borger. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Loretta was born June 27, 1920 in Erick, OK to Willie Eugene Bess and Ollie Mae Troutman Bess. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church and has lived in Borger since 1950. She was a Waitress at the Borger Hotel and then manager of C & C for ten years. She loved to work in the yard and to quilt, she used to fish and camp at Red River.

Loretta was preceded in death by her husband Claude Alford Morrison, her brother J. P. Bess and her sister Viona Gardner.

She is survived by her son Gene Richmond and his wife Barbara of Fritch and her grandson Kreg Richmond of Seattle, WA.
