Melanie Howell

Melanie Marie Howell, 40, died Sunday, July 26, 2009 in Borger.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Gateway Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Rawlinson, Pastor officiating and Bro. Steven Tarpley, Youth Minister assisting. Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger

Melanie was born on December 5, 1968 in Borger and had been a lifetime Borger resident. She married Jesse Howell on December 31, 1988 in Porterville, CA. She was a homemaker and attended Gateway Baptist Church. Melanie was preceded in death by her father, Jimmie Sibley in 2005. She loved baking for other people and enjoyed her family and friends.

She is survived by her mother - Helen Sibley of Borger, husband -Jesse Howell of the home, son - Kyle Howell of Borger, two daughters - Brittney Howell of Oklahoma City, Ok, Candice Howell of Borger, two brothers - Shannon Sibley of Borger, Damon Sibley and wife Maria of Spearman and grandmother Alta Ruth Sebastian of Borger.

Casket bearers will be Mike Henderson, Marvin Heathington, Danny Park, Shannon Sibley, Damon Sibley, Steve Mercer, Justin Hogan and David Garton. Honorary bearers will be Debbie Henderson, Keri Carrillo, Tracey Heathington and Angela Adams.
