Melvin Hagle

Glenn Hagle, 78 of Borger died Wednesday September 12th in Amarillo. Memorial services will be 10:00 am at Minton Memorial Chapel with Les Sharp pastor of Faith Covenant Church officiating. Cremation was under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Glenn was born September 7, 1934 at Ripley, OK to Oscar and Edith Nugent Hagle. He was a chemical engineer in the oil and gas industry until retiring. He married Peggy Stephens July 5, 1958 at Borger, TX. They lived in Borger 19 years and then moved away to move back in April of this year. He played baseball in high school and college. He loved to play golf, read and music of all kinds. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife Peggy. Son Steve Hagle and wife Deanna of Pflugerville, TX. Daughter Suzy Boren and husband Bart of Borger. Brother Paul Hagle of Charlotte, NC. Eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
