Michael Barnett

Michael Dewayne Barnett, 62 of Borger passed away Tuesday Morning, December 28, 2021, in Amarillo.

Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Friday, December 31, 2021, at Trinity Church of the Nazarene in Borger. Cremation was under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Michael was born May 3,1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Roland and Bobbie (White) Barnett. He married Barbara Moore February 25, 2010, in Altus, OK. He loved to play guitar, collecting clocks, watches, tearing things apart and putting it back together, being a great grandpa, riding motorcycles and dressing up for Halloween.

Surviving is his wife, Barbara. Daughters Jessica Barnett of Altus, OK. Stepdaughters Christina Baker of Borger; Catherine Hollings and husband Jessie of Colorado Springs, CO; Candice Haynes and husband Eron of Borger. Stepson Robert Delay III of Amarillo. Brothers Charles Barnett of Dumas, Arkansas; Robert Barnett and wife Sandy of Woodlawn, Arkansas; Darrell Barnett and wife Bing of Monticello, Arkansas; Dewayne Barnett of Arkansas and Jimmy Barnett of Dumas, Arkansas. Sister Marilynne Donigan and husband Michael of Dumas, Arkansas. Eight grandchildren. Mother in law Ilse Moore of Borger.
