Michael Stowe

Michael Joe Stowe, 43, died Saturday, October 10, 2009 in Amarillo.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, at the Minton Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ben Corbitt of Faith Tabernacle Church in Pampa officiating.

Michael was born July 14, 1966 in Monahans, Texas. He was a Borger resident since 1985 coming from Uvalde and was a member of the Pentecostal church. Michael loved spending time with his grandson, and playing golf.

Survivors include his father B.J. Stowe of Shamrock; mother Opal Ann Elam and husband Don of Divine, Texas; 2 daughters Mariah Stowe Andrews of Borger, and Nicole Stowe of Borger; 8 brothers Jack and Terry Stowe, both of Borger, Robert Stowe of Abilene, Bobby and Joe Guthrie, both of Amarillo, Donovan and Jason Stowe, both of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, and Jeremy Rhodes of Peoria, Illinois; 4 sisters Rose Guthrie of Houston, Peggy Stowe of Borger, Angie Rhodes Gray of Pampa, and Janel Briscoe of Milburn, Texas; and a grandson Kaegan Michael Stowe of Borger.
