Miguel Polanco Lares, of Borger, Texas died Tuesday October 20, 2009. Funeral Services will be Friday, October 23, at 1:00 p.m. at Libertad En Cristo Inc., in Borger, Texas.

Miguel was born September 29, 1963 to Vicente Lares and Cruz Polanco in Perla Camargo, Chihuahua Mexico. He married Martha September 14, 1985, in Ojinaga, Mexico. He was pastor of Libertad En Cristo Inc. and loved sharing the word of God. He enjoyed carpentry, being outdoors and horseback riding.

Survivors include his wife, Martha of the home; one son - Miguel Lares, two daughters Melissa Lares and Magaly Driver; one granddaughter Melody Faith Lares all of Borger, TX; seven brothers-Vicente Lares of Kermit, TX, Cruz Lares of Ojinaga Mex., Carlos Lares, Armando Lares of Dallas, TX, Antonio Lares, of Mex., Francisco Lares of Mex., and Vicente Lares, N. Carolina; and four sisters-Armida Lares of Ojinaga, Mex., Minerva Lares of Ojinaga, Mex., Ortencia Lares of Camargo, Mex., Avilia Lares and Luz Elena Lujan of Odessa, TX.
