Mildred Hoff

Mildred Velee Hoff, 92, passed away Monday, December 8, 2014.

Funeral service will be held 10 am Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Fairlanes Baptist Church in Borger. Burial will follow at Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Her memory may be honored with a gift to the Wounded Warrior Project, 12672 Silicon Drive, Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78249.

Mildred was born August 26, 1922 in Guymon, Texas to Thomas B. and Mary Hataway. She married George Hoff in Panhandle, Texas on April 2, 1945. Together they enjoyed going to their cabin in Colorado, and while there she loved to fish.

She is preceded in death by her parents husband daughter, Gayle Meier sisters, Susie Lenore Blades, Mary Ellen Arganbright brother, Homer Hataway and great grandson, Ezekiel Meier.

Survivors include her son, Jerry Moore and wife Gayle of Fort Worth five grandchildren nine great grandchildren brother, Tommie R. Hataway of Pasadena numerous nieces and nephews and a host of extended family.
