Mona Gartland

Mona Clarke Gartland, 97, of Amarillo died Friday, March 23rd, 2007 in Amarillo, Texas.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Father Guillermo Morales, Pastor of St. John's Catholic Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Good Shepherd at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Gartland was born February 1, 1910 in Shattuck, OK. She was a former Sales Clerk in a Department Store in San Diego, CA and has lived in Amarillo for the past 20 years. She was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church.

Mrs. Gartland was preceded in death by her husband Jack, her parents Charles and Elizabeth Clarke, 2 sisters Sadie Graham and Elsie Andress and a Great-Great Neice Amber Earnhart.

She is survived by her neice Linda Earnhart and her husband Jim of Bartlesville, OK, her nephew Scott Andress and his wife Andrea of Phoenix, AZ, 3 Great Nephews, 2 Great Neices and 1 Great Great Nephew.

Casket Bearers will be Scott Andress, Jim Earnhart, Jordan Zweig and Kevin Earnhart.
