Nancy Purdy

Fritch Funeral services for Nancy Christine Chris Purdy, 55, will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Minton Memorial Chapel in Borger with Rev. Justin Unwin, Pastor of 1st Assembly of God Church in Fritch. She will lie in state at the Funeral Home in Fritch. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Chris was born November 26, 1956 in Anadarko, Oklahoma and has lived in Fritch for the past 32 years. She owned and operated Chris Kitchen in Fritch for the past 17 years. She loved her family especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ollie Miller and Geneva Byrd and her brother Johnny Davis.

Chris is survived by her husband Gerald, her son David Purdy and wife Amy of Borger, her daughter Paula Garton and husband Brian of Fritch, her father Ronald Byrd of Tecumseh, OK, two brothers Tony Miller of Amarillo and Gene Davis of Washington State, 4 Grandchildren Alyssa Garton, Kaylor Garton, Abby Garton and Piper Purdy.

Casket bearers will be Rudy Thomas, Todd Wilson, Jeff Pilcher, Ronnie Chambers, Dave Kirkby, Allen Frost, Kenny Armer and Greg Garton.
