Nancy E. Wilson, 78, a true pioneer in heart and spirit, died Friday, June 20, 2008 in Borger.BRBRServices will be at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Terry Stegall of Grace Fellowship Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMrs. Wilson was born November 7, 1929 in Trade City, Pennsylvania to Clyde and Clara Elkin. After completing nursing school in 1950, she moved to Dumas, Tx where she met Claude H. Wilson. They were married January 23, 1951 in Clayton, New Mexico. Claude and Nancy raised their five children in Cactus, Tx. before moving to Borger in 1974. BRBRMrs. Wilson worked as a registered nurse at Golden plains Community Hospital before retiring in 1986. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her precious grandchildren, traveling and doing needlework.BRBRShe was preceded in death by her parents, and her much loved Aunt nannie B. Rudolph.BRBRMrs. Wilson is survived by her husband, Claude of the home, her five children, Jack Sharla Wilson of Dumas, Brady Marjorie Wilson of Boise, Idaho, Beverly Bert Bernard of Pueblo West, CO., David Nancy Wilson of Britt, Iowa and Dean Wilson of Borger; her eight grandchildren, Tiffani Zach Wilson, Michelle, Audrey and Matthew Wilson, Candace, Brook Ben Pederson, and Riley Wilson and her brother, Jack Elkin of Delmont, PA.
