Nathan Chute

Nathan Lynn Chute, 28, of Katy, TX passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Jaimi and his son Bronx of the home his parents Robyn and Amelia Chute and his brother Nicolas Chute of Canyon his Inlaws David and Anji Wood of Borger his brotherinlaw Josh Wood of Chicago,Il, his grandparents Shirley Chute of Meredosia,Il, Jose and Eva Martinez of Canyon and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Antonia Martinez of Canyon and his grandfather Marion Chute of Meredosia,Il.

Nathan was born in Canyon, Texas, May 3, 1983, to Robyn and Amelia Chute. Nathan grew up in Canyon and graduated from Canyon High School in 2001 where he made many lifelong friends. He went on to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree for Engineering Technology from West Texas AM University in 2005. He married his first love Jaimi Wood on February 16, 2008. His life was blessed when his son was born on September 21, 2010. He was employed as an engineer by Marathon Oil in Houston, TX and loved his job. Nathan was someone who kept to himself but would have done anything for anyone.He was an avid major league baseball fan, rooting for the Red Sox and Cardinals. His favorite past time was chasing Bronx around the yard and showing him his love of Golf.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm, March 5, 2012 at First United Methodist Church With Rev. Johnny Robertson, Pastor officiating. Interment will follow at Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Pall Bearers will be Cruz Luna Jr, Chris Hammons, Dylan Snyder, B. J. Tijerina, Josh Foraker, and Bruce Voyles. Honorary Pall bearers are Nicolas Chute and Josh Wood.

In lieu of flowers a fund has been setup at Pantex Federal Credit Union P. O. Box 5206 Borger, TX 79008 for his son Bronx Chute. The family will be staying at 707 Skyline Drive in Borger and 45 Canyon Rim in Canyon.
