Neva Maxwell

Neva Jane Maxwell, 94, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022.

Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at Westlawn Memorial Park with Pastor David Langen officiating.  Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Neva was born November 13, 1927, in Hall County, Texas to Roy Lester Weatherly and Emma Sams Weatherly.  She married Furman “F.R.” Maxwell on March 13, 1948, in Pampa.  She was a member of Bunavista Baptist Church. Neva served on the board and was very active in the Satellite Workshop.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Emma Weatherly; husband, Furman “F.R.” Maxwell; and brother, Leon Weatherly.

Survivors include her son, Randy Maxwell and wife Della of Stinnett; daughter, Andrea Lynne Maxwell of Borger; five grandchildren; Clay Maxwell and wife Nicole, Jamey Maxwell and wife Kelly, Casey Maxwell and wife Marsh, Lacey Cassity and husband Aaron, and Brandy Flaharity and husband Larry; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; and sister, Anita Guynes of Crosby, Texas.
