PanhandleBRBRO. W. Hileman, 95, died Sunday, November 5th in Amarillo.BRBRGraveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday Panhandle Cemetery with Rev. Shayne Raulston, pastor of the First Christian Church officiating. BRBRMr. Hileman was born on January 27, 1912 in Helotes, Texas, and he had been a Panhandle resident since 1965. He was a craftperson for Pantex retiring in 1977. He served in the US Navy, was a member of the First Christian Church in Panhandle and bowled in the Senior Citizens League. He married Alleen James on April 6, 1948 and she preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his son, Bruce Hileman in 1947. BRBRSurvivors include his son - Edgar G. Beau Hileman and his wife, Dena Sue of Panhandle, sister - Jean Sammons of San Antonio, Tx., two grandsons and four step-grandchildren.BRBRMemorials may be made to the Veterans Administration, 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, 79106.
