Leona Brummett, 96, died Saturday, August 16, 2008 in Ft. Worth, Texas.BRBRGraveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Panhandle Cemetery with Rev. Royce Couch of Ardmore, OK officiating. Interment in under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.BRBRMrs. Brummett was born on May 25, 1912 in Alex, Oklahoma. She had lived in Ft. Worth since 1980, moving there from Pampa. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. She married Milard Anderson and he preceded her in death, and she was also preceded in death by her 2nd husband, Clyde Brummett. She was also preceded in death by two sisters. She loved her grandkids, great grandkids and great-great grandkids.BRBRSurvivors include three sons - Dale Anderson wife, Martha of Blackwell, OK, Tony Anderson of Ardmore,OK, Jimmy Anderson of Brownfield, TX, three daughters- Ella Irwin husband Charles of Ft. Worth, Judy Jacques husband Denzil of Nashville, AR, Peggy Baker husband Ronnie of Bowie, TX., step-daughter - Barbara Passman of Camp, AR, brother - Roy Greer of Vega, TX, sister - Lucille Hicks of Canyon, TX, twenty-two grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren, twelve great-grat grandchildren.BRBRCasket bearers will be Clifford Anderson, Shawn Anderson, Monty Irwin, Tracy Baker, Rodney Jacques, and Chuck Anderson.BR
