Opal Marie Henson, 85, formerly of Ardmore, Oklahoma died on August 1, 2006 in Borger, Texas.BRBRFuneral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 4th at Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Ok. Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday evening, August 3, at 6:00 p.m. Interment will be in Willis Oklahoma Cemetery. Local arrangements are under the direction of MintonChawell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRShe was born on January 29, 1921 in Woodville, Oklahoma to Bill and Fannie Skiver, and attended school in Woodville and Fobb, Ok. She moved to Borger four years ago to live with her sister, Inez Petty and had been a resident of Borger Healthcare Center for the last six months. She married Boyd Henson on July 25, 1942 in Fobb. They worked together for 30 years at Western Supply in Ardmore before retiring. She was a member of Southwest Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1997 and her sister, Julia Barnard of Pottsboro, Tx. in 2004.BRBRHer survivors include three sisters - Josie Phillips of Pampa, Nellie Sanders and Inez Petty both of Borger, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary Ruth and Troy Gentry of Oklahoma City, sister-in-law Peggy Henson of Ardmore and many other loving family members.
