Patricia Ann Smith, 67, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021.

Graveside services will be held 11 am on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Pat was born September 27, 1953 in Borger to Bill Hess and Audrey Jones Hess. She married Emmett Smith on November 6, 1981 in Borger. Pat enjoyed working in her yard, planting flowers, painting rocks and playing poker. She worked as a director of Helping Hands. Nothing brought more joy to her life than her family, especially her grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Jimmy Ream.

Survivors include her son, Bobby Ream and wife Amanda of Borger; daughters, Cathy Gardner and husband Vern of Borger, Becky Anthon and husband Paul of Borger; grandchildren, Cody Bolin, Brittany Gage and husband Tyler, Melanie Casey and husband Jordan, Bobby Ream and Lindsey, Austin Ream, Brandon Ream, Kaitlynn Ream, Brendan Gardner, Brayden Gardner; great grandchildren, Ashton, Emryn, Bradley, Railynn; sister, Betty Blackwell of Borger; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
