Patricia Ann Pat Snider, 71, died Wednesday, January 9, 2008 in Lubbock, Texas.BRBRServices will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Stinnett with Rhonda Greenwood, Pastor officiating. Interment will be in Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRPat was born April 24, 1936 in Hereford and had been a Stinnett resident since 1970. She was a graduate of West Texas State University and Hereford High School. She taught school in Stinnett and Pringle from 1961, retiring in 1990 and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Stinnett. She enjoyed cooking, reading, painting, writing watching grandchildren in school activities. Pat married George Snider on May 30, 1958 in Hereford. She was preceded in death by her father, Clinton Jackson.BRBRShe is survived by her husband - George Snider of the home, three sons - Mark Snider wife Troyce of Stinnett, Craig Snider and wife Kathy of Amarillo, Steve Snider of Mississippi, mother - Jerrye Jackson of Amarillo, two brothers - Bob Jackson and Don Jackson both of Amarillo, sister - Becky Harrris of Dumas, eight grandchildren- Shelly, Lindsey, Jonathan, Adam, Margaret, Erin, Elyssa William, and one great-grandchild - Anna Marie.BRBRCasket bearers will be Joe Bryant, Ronnie Gaddis, Fred Coffee, Dennis Hood, Jonathan Snider and Adam Snider.BRBRMemorials may be made to your favorite charity.
