Patrick Ames

Patrick Henry Ames, 59, died Thursday June 7, 2012 in Borger. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Wesley United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Pat was a lifetime resident of Borger and a 1971 Graduate of Borger High School and a 1973 Graduate of Frank Phillips College. He married Marsha Inman December 7, 1974 at the Gardner St. Church of Christ in Borger. Pat was a Field Stillman for Phillips 66 for 37 years.

He was preceded in death by his father William B. Ames and his brother Dennis Bear Ames.

Pat is survived by his wife Marsha, his mother Barbara Ames of Borger, his 2 sons Eric Ames and wife Amy of Waco and Cory Ames of Lubbock, his brother Mike Ames of Humble, TX, his 3 sisters M C ElliottJelf of Magna, Utah, Barbara Ann Chavez and Polly Lambert both of Borger and 1 Granddaughter Sophia Ames.
