Paul E. McNutt Jake, 87, went to be home with his Lord and Savior on Sunday. Graveside Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Stinnett Cemetery with Rev. Calvin Newton, pastor of First Assembly of God church. Services are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.
Jake was born July 7, 1920 in Quanah, TX to James and Toni McNutt. He was a retired supervisor for Phillips Petrolium after 30 years of service. Jake enjoyed hunting, fishing and classic cars. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
Mr. McNutt was preceeded in death by his parents, a beloved wife Linnie McNutt, a grandson - Todd McNutt, his second wife - Lois McNutta granddaughter - Rhonda Westbrook and a son-in-law - the late Rev. Harry Gray.
He is survived by 2 sons - Wayland McNutt and wife Nancy of Fritch and Gary McNutt and wife Donna of Fritch; a daughter - Cheryl Gray of Clovis, NM; 15 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Keith McNutt, Michael Gray, Ray McNutt, Glenn McNutt, Mark McNutt, Devon McNutt and Dallas McNutt.
