Paulette Stricklin

Paulette Stricklin, 76 of Cortez, CO passed away Friday, October 15, 2021, in Colorado.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at Minton Memorial Chapel in Borger. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, TX under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Paulette was born September 21, 1945, in Borger to Grady and Marie (Hancock) McWhorter. She married James Stricklin Jr August 19, 1967, in the First Baptist Church in Skellytown. She moved to Colorado six years ago from Fritch, TX. She loved to color, word search, playing cards and dancing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and three sisters.

Surviving is a son James Stricklin III and wife Leslie of Guymon, OK. Brother Donald McWhorter of Lubbock. Three grandchildren Sierra and husband Kevin, Shaelyn and Litsey. Great grandchildren Xeniyah, Zion and Kevayah.
