Peggy Foster

Peggy Foster, passed away, Wednesday, November 19, 2014, in Amarillo. Services are at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Calvary Baptist Church in Borger, with Brad Foster as officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Peggy was born in Vernon, on February 7, 1936 to Woodrow Curley and Bert Woodruff Frith. She married Van Bozo Foster on June 13, 1953 in Borger. She was a resident of Hutchinson County for over 60 years and a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church, where she was director of the Senior Adult Department. Peggy recently retired as bookkeeper at Jerrys Plumbing.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on March 3, 2008, and her brother, Gary Pat Frith on August 29, 2012.
She is survived by her three sons, Brad Foster and wife, Pam of Dumas, Bryan Foster and wife, Susan of Enid, OK, and Brett Foster and wife, Cindy of Borger a brother Jack Frith and wife, June of Plano and a sisterinlaw Deanie Frith of Amarillo. Peggy was blessed with eleven grandchildren and twelve greatgrandchildren.
