Phil Slaton

Philip "Phil" Wayne Slaton, 55, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015.

A memorial service will be held 10 am Friday, April 3, 2015 in the Minton Memorial Chapel with Mr. Spencer Blackwelder, officiating.

Phil was born September 24, 1959 in Borger, Texas to George and Jo Slaton. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors. Phil loved his dog.

He is preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother, Jo Graham of Borger; brother, Mike Slaton and wife Janet of Fritch; sister, Sharon Brittain of Borger; aunts, Betty Gideon and husband Gene of Houston, Thelma Usrey of Borger; uncle, Jess Usrey and wife Ann of Abilene; nephews, Jay Held of Amarillo, Damon Held and wife Angela of Lubbock; cousin, Deanna Gideon of Houston; and a host of extended family.
