Phillip Michael Arthur, 64, died Monday, February 26th, in Lubbock.BRBRMemorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Borger Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Bruce Ridling, officiating.

Mr. Arthur was born on February 27, 1942 in Oklahoma. He was an oilfield pumper and was an artist, particulary sketchings.BRBRHe was preceded in death by his parents, O.J. Pauline Arthur and sister, Deanna Redding.BRBRHe is survived by two sons - Douglas Michael Goss of Wanette, Ok., Phillip Mark Goss of Seminole, Ok., two daughters - Lisa McNew and Regina Goss both of Shawnee, Ok., two brothers - Paul Wayne Arthur of Gilmer, Tx., David Arthur of Borger, two sisters - Doris Anderson of Olympia, Wa., Denise Sisson of Borger, seven grandchildren.
