Phillip Cox

Phillip "Phil" Owen Cox, 62, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018.

Graveside services will be held at 4 pm Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Westlawn Memorial Park with Pastor Josh Light officiating. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Phil was born July 12, 1955 in Borger to Owen and Leota Heitman Cox. He owned and operated P & T Auto in Fritch for 17 years. Phil loved cars and working on them. He embraced technology and enjoyed working on computers.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his sons, Jason Cox and wife Shelly of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, Jeff Cox of Fritch, Grant Cox and wife Kati of Amarillo; two grandchildren, Evanie and Kayson Cox; brother, Tracy Cox of Knoxville, Tennessee; and sister, Dianna McGill and husband Roland of Panhandle.
