Rena Mae Harrison Bryan, 83, died Saturday, March 14, 2009 in Stinnett.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at the First United Methodist Church in Stinnett with Pastor Rhonda Greenwood officiating. Interment will follow at Stinnett cemetery.
Rena was born May 1, 1925 in Victoria, TX to Ernest and Nell Harris. She had been a Stinnett resident for 53 years. On April 26, 1951 Rena married Vernon L Bryan in Santa Catalina Island, CA. Rena was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Stinnett where she taught Sunday school for nine years.
Survivors include a son, David Bryan of Stinnett, 2 daughters Geraldine Bryan of Mesquite, and Patricia Bryan of Austin, a sister Katie Breeze of Fort Worth, 4 grandchildren Brianna Weisenhunt, Joshua Bryan, Angela Bryan, Daniel Bryan, 3 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, on October 14, 1997, a daughter Beverly Bryan in 1995.
