Retta Lue Gore, 85, died Saturday, June 30th, 2007 in Friona, Texas.BRBRHer services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the First Church of The Nazarene with PastorTerry Porter officiating. Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction ofBRMintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMrs. Gore was born on January 14, 1922 in Dewey County, Ok. She had lived in Borger since 1946, moving here from a farm in Putnam, Ok. in Dewey Co. She married Keith Allen Gore on January 11, 1942 in Lenora, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death on December 1, 1990. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Mae Harbert. She was a homemaker and member of the First Church of TheBRNazarene.BRBRShe is survived by one son - Allen Gore his wife, Paula of Yukon, OK., daughter - Linda Griffin and husband, Mickey of Friona, four sisters - Jetta Edlin of Louisville, KY, Ann Jackson of Borger, Vernila Hamar of Weatherford, OK., Alfreda Boren of Amarillo, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchlidren.BRBRCasket bearers will be Kenny Gore, Donnie Gore, Larry Gore, Byron Graham, Michael Griffin, Lael Gore, Matthew Gore and Gordon Taylor.
