Rev. Isaac Robinson, 88, died Friday, August 11th in Borger.BRBRServices will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at John's Baptist Tabernacle in Austin. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas. Local arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors and All Faith Funerals in Austin.BRBRMr. Robinson was born on March 30, 1918 in Pflugerville, Tx. and he had lived in Borger for 5 months, moving here from Austin. He was a minister and farmer for Blacklock Farms. He was over the Ministers Alliance in Borger, and Chaplain of the Ministers Alliance in Austin. He was a former pastor of New Zion Baptist Church in Borger, St. Matthews Baptist Church in Pflugerville and St. James Baptist Church in Shamrock. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jimmie Lee in 1996, and his son, Isaac, Jr. in 2002.BRBRHe is survived by four sons - Joe Robinson of Borger, Marvin Robinson of Enid, OK., Rev. James Lee Robinson of Houston, Melvin Robinson of Borger, four daughters - Esther Mae Robinson, Mary Jacobs, Christene Jama and Katherine Reynolds all of Austin, brother - Rev. Mack Robinson of Austin, sister - Ruthy Mae Robinson Rivers of Austin, twenty-seven grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

There will be a family and friends visitation on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at MintonChatwell Funeral Directors in Borger.
