Robby was born September 12, 1971 in Borger to Bobby Gene and Dana Sue (Smith) Humphrey. Was a laborer for Command Center.

Robby is survived by his brother Bobby Wayne Humphrey of Beaumont. Sisters Marsha Romero of Tucumcari, NM and Debbie Humphrey of Clayton, NM.
