Robert Lynn

Robert Ray Lynn, 86, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017.

Private family services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle. The family suggests that his memory be honored with a gift to the Alzheimer's Association, 55410 South Bell Ste. 411, Amarillo, Texas 79109.

Robert was born July 18, 1930 in Platter, Oklahoma to Bertha and William Lynn. He enjoyed being outdoors going camping, hunting and fishing. Robert was a creative person who liked to do projects and solve problems. His family was near and dear to his heart and always brought him joy.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Nola Jean Lynn and a great granddaughter, Madeline Grace.

He is survived by his daughters, Brenda Obert and husband Russell of Panhandle, Linda Packer and husband Roddy of Allen; four grandchildren, Robert Packer and wife Pamela, Steven Packer and wife Cara, Richard Obert and wife Kristie, Rachal McGaughy and husband David; nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
