Robert Lyons Jr

Robert “Ginger” Vernon Lyons Jr, 35 of Stinnett passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, in Amarillo. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Stinnett Cemetery. Burial is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.  He will lie in state February 23 until day of service.

Robert was born June 19, 1986, in Amarillo to Robert Vernon Lyons Sr and Joyce Phillips. He was a night stocker at Walmart. He loved to fish, boating, four wheeling, auctions, hanging out with family, watching cartoons and wrestling.

He is preceded in death by grandparents Homer Phillips, Gay and Ron Lyons. Brothers Alex and Bobby Lloyd.

Surviving is his father Robert Lyons Sr of Amarillo. Mother Joyce “Frog” Phillips of Stinnett. Brother Keith and wife Amber Lyons of Stinnett. Sister Melinda and husband Tony Coffee of Borger. Three nephews, two nieces and several cousins.
