Robert Nabours, Sr.

Robert Jeddy Nabours, Sr., 80, passed away Friday, November 1, 2013.

Funeral service will be held 2 pm Monday, November 4, 2013 at First Christian Church of Fritch, Rev. Sharalyn Larsen, officiating. Burial will be 2:153:15pm MNTCST Tuesday, November 5, 2013 in Texico Cemetery, Texico, New Mexico under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch. The family will receive friends from 24pm on Sunday at the funeral home in Fritch.

Robert was born July 14, 1933 in Brinkman, Oklahoma to Judson and Arra Nabours. He enjoyed working puzzles, needlework, crafting things from plaster of paris and collecting coins. Robert was a shade tree mechanic calling himself a jack of all trades and a master of none.

He is preceded in death by his parents son, Christopher daughter, Carol sister, Ellen and brother, Carl.

Survivors include his wife, Delta of the home sons, Robert Nabours, Jr. of the home, Thomas Nabours and his wife, Sue of Oklahoma City, OK, Alex Nabours and his wife, Jane of Fritch daughters, Daisy Barnett and her husband, Ronald of Pasadena, TX, Angela Blake and her husband, Don of Texico, NM eighteen grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren.
