Roderick Means, Jr.

Roderick "Chief" Austin Means, Jr., 75, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015.

Memorial service will be held 11 am Monday, August 3, 2015 at Celebration Family Church, Pastor Dwight Kirksey, officiating.

Chief was born October 27, 1939 in Eagle Butte, South Dakota to Alsace (Rousseau) and Roderick Austin Means, Sr. He was a pipeline welder. Chief proudly served in the United States Navy.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Allen Devlin.

Survivors include his brother, Kim Means of North Dakota; sisters, Mitzi Means and Judy Means both of Colorado; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Diane Bowman.
