Roger Lee Mitchell

Roger Lee Mitchell, 63, of Borger passed away on November 30, 2023, in Borger. No services have been set at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Roger was born February 25, 1960 in Borger to Jessie Elmer and Mary Lou (Levings) Mitchell.  He  worked as a carpenter. He loved to collect coins and antiques.

Surviving is his wife of 15 years, Lisa Davis Mitchell; daughter, Tasha Gonzalez and husband Fabian of Center, Texas; stepdaughters, Brandi Murga and husband Pedro of Borger, Ashley Pettit and husband Chuy of  Dallas and Natalie Speights of Colorado; stepson, Ricky Speights and wife Kaitlyn of Alabama; brother, Billy Wayne Mitchell and wife Sheila; sister, Brenda Kay Wagner and husband Skinny of Borger; grandchildren, Alex, Miguel, Calea, Camilla, Jace, Caylee, Noah and Jaela; step grandchildren, Peter and Sadie Woodin, Alyssa Lewis, Seth Stottlemyre, Dakota Tucker and Keegan Speights; step great grandchildren, Peter and Gwen.

There will be a releasing of ballons on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Huber Park in remembrance of Roger.
