Roger Montrose Sr.

Roger Dee Montrose Sr, 57 of Borger died Wednesday May 23rd in Amarillo. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday May 26th at Minton Memorial Chapel with Pastor Tim Hall of Grace Church officiating . Burial will be at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Roger was born May 31, 1954 in Borger to William F. Montrose and Cordia May Romine Montrose. He was a Borger resident most of his life. He was a heavy equipment operator. He went to work for Pinto Well service at the age of 15.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Roy.

Roger is survived by his Sons Roger D. Montrose Jr. and Eric Christopher Montrose and wife Melanie both of Amarillo. A daughter Heather Barker and husband David of Borger. A half brother Gary Davis of Dallas. Grandchildren Tannin Barker, Payton Barker, Nicolas Montrose, Jasmine Montrose, Rosemary Montrose, Delaney Darnell, Max Darnell and Christopher Montrose.
