Ronald Carroll Hutson

Ronald Carroll Hutson, 80, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023.

Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, in Westlawn Memorial Park.  A celebration of his life will follow at 11 am at New Life Church with Pastor Conny Moore officiating.  In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to New Life Church, #2 Amaryllis, Borger, Texas 79007.

Ron was born November 10, 1943, in Borger to Walter Buford Hutson and Margaret “Jackie” Howard Hutson.   He married Linda Hammack on May 25, 1966, in Fritch.  Ron proudly served four years in the United States Marine Corps and seventeen years in the Army.  Once he retired from the service, he worked as a pilot for Hagland Aviation in Alaska and for Corporate Air flying for FedEx.  Ron enjoyed doing woodworking, tying fishing flies, reloading ammo, and shooting guns.  He was a member of New Life Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter Buford and Margaret “Jackie” Hutson.

Survivors include his wife, Linda of Fritch; sons, John Stacy Hutson and wife Becky of Fritch, Kirk Hutson and wife Heidi of Alliance, Nebraska; daughter, Latisha Woody and husband Eric of Pampa; grandchildren, Lindsey Hutson, Stacey Hutson, Kailey Hutson, Zachery Hutson and wife Jessie, Kelsey Hutson, Weston Hutson, Tanner Holten, Ian Hutson, Tucker Hutson, Ross Hutson and wife Mikala, Olivia Blanchard and husband Patrick, Lauren Kenyon; great grandchildren, Braxton, Logan, Wren, Raymond, Isaiah; and stepbrother, James Schulz and wife Kerry of Arlington.
