Roy Bienroth

Roy George Beinroth, 82, died Tuesday, December 22, 2009 in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Westlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Leonard Forsythe, Pastor of Bible Baptist Church officiating. Graveside Masonic Rites will be under the auspices of Unity Masonic Lodge 1242. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Mr. Bienroth was born on August 6, 1927 in Dewey, Oklahoma and he had been a Fritch resident for 28 years. He served in the U.S. Marines during WW II and was a welder. Roy married Nina Pearl McKeown in 1947 in Borger and she preceded him in death in 2008. Roy loved to fish and hunt. Survivors include three daughters - Judy Mitchell and husband Garry of Fritch, Zonell Hobbs and husband Dan of Pampa, Tina Stallings and husband Jak of Prairieville, LA, brother - Frank Bienroth of Fraitch, eight grandchildren - Kevin, Kelly, Kindrea, Susan, Cindy, Jamie, Heidi and Melissa and six great-grandchildren.
