Sandra Dusenbery

Sandra Jane Dusenbery, 79, passed away Monday, December 21, 2020.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, December 28, 2020 at Eternal Light Pentecostal Church.  Burial will follow in Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Sandra was born January 28, 1941 in Clarksville, Missouri to Gilbert Sutton and Faye Miller Sutton.  She married Alvin “Elmo” Dusenbery on November 29, 1980 in Pontiac, Illinois.  Sandra loved God, listening to music, reading, swimming, children, dogs and helping everybody.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Daniel Charlton; sisters, Patti and Mary Early; brothers, Billy and Sonny Early; granddaughters, Heather and Jaqueline Charlton and Dana Kay Meyers; great grandsons, Brandon Scott and Nathaniel Cole Lorenz and Kent Brown, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Elmo of Borger; sons, Jim Charlton and wife Karesa of Borger, Sam Charlton and wife Stacy of Borger, Andy Charlton and wife Susie of Borger, Joshua Dusenbery and wife Terri of Fritch; daughters, Delena Borrowman of Borger, Christelaina Holliman and husband Mike “Red” of Borger, Trisha Charlton of Pampa, Elizabeth Charlton Smith of Borger; 30 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; brothers, Gary Glenn Sutton of Louisiana, Missouri, Gary Lynn Sutton of Louisiana, Missouri; sisters, Alice Faye Cheli of Ottana, Illinois, Vicky Sutton of Illinois; and a host of extended family.
