Sandra Kay Rogers, 65, of Panhandle, died Friday, January 13, 2012 in Panhandle.
No services are scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.
Sandra was born November 20, 1946 in Webb City, Missouri to Leroy L. and Della J. Moad. She married Kenneth Rogers, May 24, 1974 in Hawthorne, Nevada. Sandra was a Jehovah Witness, and worked at the Hutchinson, and Carson County Sheriffs department from 1981 to 1997, where she made Captain. She loved sewing for her grandkids, painting, and gardening.
Survivors include her husband Kenneth mother Della June Boak of Borger her son Kenny Rogers Jr., and wife Andrea Elaine of Hurst two daughters Karen Rogers of Panhandle, Tracy Olson of Borger two brothers Leroy Lewis Moad II of Dayton, Nevada, Tommy Boak Jr. of Joplin, Missouri eight grandchildren, and one greatgrandson.
Sandra is preceded in death by her father, Leroy Lewis Moad in 1996.
