Sharon Klinger

Sharon Kay Klinger, 72, passed away Monday, May 9, 2016.

A memorial service will be held 2 pm Friday, May 13, 2016 in the Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Leonard Forsythe officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park.

Sharon was born April 7, 1944 in Borger to Opal (Taylor) and O.M. Greenwood. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Sharon was a hairdresser for over 40 years. She worked very hard at supporting her children in every way.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Don Greenwood; grandson, Anthony Amorella; sister, Joyce Ferguson and brother-in-law, Stonie Ferguson.

Survivors include her son, Donny Klinger and wife Stephanie of Huntington, West Virginia; daughter, Cami Amorella and husband David of Borger; four grandchildren, Sheldon, Kalyn, Logan and Alysen; brother, Jimmy Greenwood and wife Katy of Bryan, Texas; sister-in-law, Frankie Greenwood of New Braunfels, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
