Sharon Stevens, 76, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2024.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Celebration Family Church in Fritch with Pastor Dwight Kirksey officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. The family will receive guests from 5-7 pm on Monday, July 29, 2024, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, her memory may be honored with a gift to a charity of choice.
Sharon was born July 30, 1947, in Bristow, Oklahoma to Bob Dotson and Dorothy Armitage Dotson. She married Arthur Stevens on February 18, 1964. Sharon enjoyed fishing and camping with Art. She had a passion for her flower garden, especially red roses. Sharon enjoyed playing card games with her family and baking with her grandbabies. Nothing brought more joy to her life than being called Nanny.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Dorothy Dotson; husband, Art Stevens; brothers, Mike Dotson, Tom Dotson; grandson, Andru; and nephew, Travis
Survivors include her sons, Larreon Stevens and wife Cyndi of Fritch, Keith Stevens and wife Dottie of Borger, Bobby Stevens of Houston, Jeremy Stevens and wife Veronica of Borger, Jerid Stevens and wife Jennie of Borger, Justin Stevens of Del City, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Britney Nivens, Kasey Stevens, Josh Stevens, Travis Stevens, Skylar Stevens, Kenya Williams, Dallas Dennis, Brianna Johnson, Jordan Anthony, Hunter Mays, Colton Mays, Julia Stevens, Skylynn Keever, Joanna Stevens, Jaxon Stevens, Joey Stevens, Jaken Stevens, Oakley Dennis; brothers-in-law, Albert Stevens and wife Bobbie, Calvin Stevens; sister-in-law, Jodena Dotson; numerous great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
