Sondra Gail Lynch, 67, of Fritch died Friday, April 23, 2010 in Claude, Texas.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Fritch Church of Christ with Mr. Richard Kasko, Minister officiating. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.
Sondra was born on July 13, 1942 in Plainview, TX and had been a Fritch resident for 31 years. She was Texas Panhandle Supervisor for the Texas Ag Statistics Service for 23 years and was a member of Loners on Wheels RV Club. She was a gifted painter, loved to do crafts, was especially talented with gardening and plants, loved to fish and camp and enjoyed traveling. She was a writer of poetry, music and stories. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Bob Lynch, and parents Alvin Marcel McGaugh and Mildred Virginia McGaugh.
She is survived by two sons Blane Carter Lynch and wife Karen of Ardmore, OK, Brent Travis Lynch and wife Debbie of Claude, three brothers Gary Edward McGaugh of Ft. Worth, Ray Lynn McGaugh of Deer Park, Kenneth Cole McGaugh of Lewisville, sister Pat Whitaker of Ft. Worth, four grandchildren Clinton James Lynch, Karissa Lynch, Cade Carder Lynch and Cody Travis Lynch.
