Steven Willis

Funeral mass for Steven Daniel Willis, 58, will be 3:00 p.m. Friday at St. Johns Catholic Church with Msgr. Michael Colwell officiating. Rosary will be Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at St. Johns Catholic Church. Interment will follow mass at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Steve was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Parish Council. He had been a fireman for the City of Borger and was presently teaching at Amarillo College. He was an avid hunter and loved his granddaughters and his bird dogs. Steve loved to help people and never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Willis.

He is survived by his wife Terri, 2 sons Steven Willis and wife Tiffany of Borger and J. Michael also of Borger, his father Dan Willis of Rogers, AR, 2 Brothers Paul Willis of Fresno, CA and Sam Willis of Chattanooga, TN 3 Sisters Debbie Pickens of Eureka Springs, AR, Angie Garcia of Dallas and Diana Nivaes of Neenah, Wisconsin and 4 Granddaughters.
