Sue Ellis McIntosh, 74, was called home by her Heavenly Father surrounded by family on Friday, February 19, 2021.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in the Minton Memorial Chapel.  Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.   The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Monday, February 22, 2021 at the funeral home.

Sue was born October 30, 1946 Fort Gibson, Oklahoma to John Alta Ellis and Rossie Satterfield Ellis.  She worked as an LVN.  Sue enjoyed taking care of her plants, crocheting, reading the Bible, teaching nursing students, and listening to religious music. Nothing brought more joy to her life than her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James McIntosh; brothers, Aut Ellis, Dub Ellis, George Ellis, Lloyd Ellis, Bob Ellis; sisters, Clarie Weatherford, Vernice Miller, Opal Broom; and a granddaughter, Kendra Hallmark.

Survivors include her sons, Royce Hallmark of Borger, Bryant Ellis and wife Erika of San Antonio; daughters, Susan Jett and husband Andy of Fritch, Terry McCarty and husband John of Borger, Shonna Guthrie of Denton; grandchildren, Lori Beagle and husband Branden, Aaron Jett and wife Liz, Tiffany Saxon and husband Colton, John McCarty, Jr. and wife Kristen, Jeff McCarty and wife Olivia, David Bell, Brittany Watson and husband Devon, Ashley Hallmark, Adam Hill, Allen Hill, Brad Patterson, Hannah Guthrie, Tristan Ellis, Ayden Ellis; great grandchildren, Alyssa Beagle, Chloe Jett, Kimber Jett, Cylin Saxon, Kenli Hill, Rille Hill, Emory Patterson, Bracin McCarty, Marley McCarty, Jayce Downs, Camden Hernandez, Jaden Saxon, Allie Jo McCarty, Cole Reid McCarty, Annie Watson, Austin Saxon; sister, Jewel Benge and husband Dewey of Hulbert, Oklahoma; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
