Sue Morrow

Sue Morrow, 88, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Borger.   In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to the Rainbow Room, PO Box 244, Borger, Texas, 79008.

Sue was born October 21, 1934, in Eldorado, Oklahoma to Jefferson Wayne Doughten and Luella Ruth Revel Doughten.  She married Moody Morrow on July 13, 1951, in Odessa, Texas.   Sue was a member of St. Peters Episcopal Church.  She was also an Elkette at the Elks Lodge and an avid bridge player.  Sue enjoyed traveling extensively in Europe when Moody was working there.  Nothing brought more joy to her life than her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jefferson Wayne and Luella Ruth Doughten; daughter, Marion Rieff; and four siblings.

Survivors include her husband, Moody Morrow of Borger; daughters, Jan Bostic of Amarillo, Kathy Morrow of Amarillio; grandchildren, Jon Logan and wife Shawna, Mara Heflin and husband Zach, Joshua Rieff and wife Crystal, Jacob Rieff and wife Kendra, Justin Rieff; sister-in-law, Sue Doughten; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
