Teresa Jupe

Teresa Collette Jupe, 59, died Tuesday, May 31, 2011 in Amarillo.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at BSA Hospice InPatient Unit in Amarillo with hospice Chaplin Davlyn Duesterhaus officiating. Cremation is under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Teresa was born on April 25, 1952 in Slaton, Texas and had lived in Fritch for the past six years. She married Leroy G. Jupe Jr. on May 4, 1974 in Lubbock. She was a homemaker and loved fishing, playing the lottery, reading the Bible and crocheting. She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Joyce Finney Smith and her stepmother Evelyn Smith.

She is survived by her husband Leroy G. Jupe, Jr. of the home, son Leroy G. Jupe III of Clovis, NM, brother Frank Cousin of Huntsville, TX, three sisters Carlena Smith and husband Ron of Fritch, Lynn Gribben and husband Mike of Floresville, TX, Christi Forsha and husband Chris of Borger, two grandsons and several special nieces and nephews.

Service
