Thomas June Rhoton, 89, died Thursday, May 31st, 2007 at his home in Borger, Texas.BRBRServices will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 4th, at Gateway Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Rawlinson, Pastor officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Garden at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRJune was born on December 17, 1917 in McCaulley, Texas. He had been a Borger resident since 1943. He was a chemical operator for Phillips Copolymer Plant until his retirement in 1980. He married Mauarine Griffin on November 4, 1938 in Roby, Texas. He served in the US Army Air Force during WW II. He was a member of Gateway Baptist Church and enjoyed golf and bowling.BRBRJune is survived by his wife Maurine of the home, son - James Rhoton and his wife, Jan of Borger, three grandchildren - Terry Rhoton of Hohenwald, Tennessee, Mary Ann Smith of Lowndesboro, Alabama, T. J. Cook and his wife, Marie of Andrews AFB, Maryland, five great-grandchildren - Desirae Rhoton, Senan Wayne Rhoton, Eric Cook, Kristin Cook and Danielle Cook.

Casket bearers will be Brumo Lavato, Lano Lavato, Eric Cook, Terry Wayne Rhoton, Senan Wayne Rhoton and T. J. Cook.
